FairShare is teaming up with Gib’s for a new Winter Mixology series. 
The classes are held on Saturdays, Jan. 16, 23 and 30, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. 
• $200 for the series of 3, with limited seating
• Limited number of single tickets are available at $75 each
• Hors d’ouevres from Grampa’s Pizzeria - Yum!
• 30% of proceeds benefit FairShare CSA Coalition

Gib’s bartenders are some of the best in town – come learn their tricks of the trade! Here is an overview of topics: 
Class #1: Root vegetables: processing, juicing, tinctures, etc.; cocktails, punches, fizzes
Class #2: Brandy/Cognac/Armagnac: spirits tasting/education: eau de vies to vintage armagnac
Class #3: TBD - may cover the basics and extended techniques of hosting a party: punches; DIY cocktail stations, etc.
