I would like to offer my sincere apology to Hannah Egger for my unprofessional behavior. No one should be treated this way.

Kym Reindl has resigned and is no longer with this organization. My unprofessional inappropriate behavior is not indicative of how these businesses are run. It was a moment of poor judgement. This last week has been educational and hurtful.

If I had the opportunity to do this all over again, of course I would have behaved differently. It is my intention to grow and learn from this experience and move forward.

Unfortunately, my mistake affects not only me, but the 35 talented, hard working individuals that make up Grampa’s, Gib’s and Porter. They rely on our success for their livelihood.

No one can move backwards. We can only move forward.

To those who have been long term supporters, we hope we’ll stay with us to rebuild your trust and support.

To that end, we are in the process of implementing a team wide training to recommit to our goals of providing the community with an excellent product in an environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
